TERMS & CONDITIONS

As we are a small business, late Cancellations and No-Shows have a great effect on us. Therefore our booking, discounts, reschedule and cancellation policies are as follows:

BOOKING RESERVATIONS 

• To reserve a time slot, the payment is required to be paid in full via digital transaction. This is due to safety reasons of our On-Site services. 
• Same day bookings are ONLY accepted if full payments are made no less than 4 hours in advance by;

• Bank transfer 

By transferring the amount to the bank account (IBAN) NL79RABO0368617548 in the name of Deep Tranquillity,

or 

• Tikkie

Via the online payment app, Tikkie, which allows you to forward the payment requests directly through your online banking application with your mobile number.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must take place no less than 48 hours in advance or a 100% of the fee will be charged.
• " No-Show "

If you are unable to make your reservation, you are required to cancel within the first 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment/ session. 

*example: ' Your group books our services at your Hotel.

You may be running a bit late to your destination for your scheduled appointment at 10:00 am. You are now expected no later than 10:15 am.' *

No attendance and/ or failing to alert us with reason ahead of time will be marked as a "No Show" and 100% of the fee will be charged.

• Because we offer On Site services, we cannot guarantee use of the remaining time slot.
  WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LARGER GROUPS: If there is a minimum of 30 minutes remaining of the scheduled session, this residual time can be used. 
• FULL PAYMENT STILL APPLIES.

COVID-19  RISK FREE CANCELLATIONS

If government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and therefore reservations are forced to be cancelled, 100% of the charged fee will be reimbursed.

RESCHEDULING

Your appointment should be rescheduled no later than 48 hours in advance via the online platform or by contacting us directly.

– or an additional late fee of €10.00 will be charged and must be paid 4 hours prior to the new time slot.

PRICING RATES

• Rates are based on the type of session and include 21% BTW. tax.
• All rates include commuting expenses.

(if no extra travel is required) *example: 'change of venue.'

• Last minute change of venue falls under our ‘rescheduling policy’ and you will be required to pay an additional €10.00 fee.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

• Only one discount can be applied per purchase. 
• Special offers are already at a reduced price and therefore no other discounts or promotions may be applied.
